Terms of sale
How ordering, approval, payment and delivery work when you buy cabinets from us.

Your measurements
We build to the measurements you give us. Our measuring tool checks them and we review every submission, but you're responsible for measuring accurately with a tape measure or laser. Photos and scans are for context only.
Your layout and quote
We send a drawing of your cabinets with every dimension and a quote. You can ask for changes before approving. A quote is valid for [QUOTE VALID DAYS] days.
Approving a layout is your order. When you approve, you confirm you've checked every dimension, and we build exactly what's on that drawing.
Payment
- 50% of the approved quote is due when you approve the layout. Nothing is cut until we receive it.
- The remaining 50% is due when your cabinets are ready, before delivery.
- You can pay by card through Stripe, or by check or bank transfer.
Changes and cancellations

Delivery

Installation
We don't install. You or your contractor install the cabinets using the layout drawing we provide.
