What we collect

• Your account: your name and email address, and your password, which we store only as a one-way hash.
• Your projects: room measurements, notes, and the choices you make for your cabinets.
• Files you upload: photos and phone scans of your room.
• Layout approvals: when you approve a layout we record the version, the price, the name you type, the time, and your IP address, as a record of what you agreed to.
• Payments: the amount, date and method of each payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Messages: what you send through our contact form.
• Technical logs: the pages and requests our server handles and any errors, used to keep the site running.

Why we use it

To design, build and deliver your cabinets; to email you about your project; to take payment; to answer your questions; and to keep records the law requires for sales and taxes. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Stripe processes card payments.
• Railway hosts the website, database and uploaded files.

Cookies

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. It lasts 30 days or until you sign out. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts and images are served from our own site.
