Questions
The things people ask most before ordering cabinets online. Anything else, send us a message.
- Where do you deliver?
We deliver regionally on our own truck, with cabinets blanket-wrapped and carried in. Longer distances are quoted on request by freight; ask us with your ZIP code before you start.
- Do you install?
No. You or your contractor install. Every cabinet ships with a layout drawing that shows where it goes.
- What if I measure something wrong?
The measuring flow catches a lot of mistakes as you type, like a window that runs past the end of its wall. We also review every submission, and if something doesn't add up we send it back with a note. Then you approve a drawing with every dimension on it before anything is cut. The measuring guide covers the common traps.
- Can I use my phone’s LiDAR scan instead of measuring?
Upload it. It helps us understand the room, but phone scans aren’t accurate enough to build from, so the critical dimensions need a tape or laser.
- How long does it take?
Weeks, not months. Your project page shows each stage as it happens: design, cutting, assembly, finishing and delivery. We confirm the schedule with your layout quote.
- How do I pay?
Half when you approve your layout, half before delivery. Pay by card online, or by check or bank transfer.
- Can I change the design after approving?
The approved drawing is what we cut, so get it right first. Ask for as many revisions as you need before approving. If something changes after approval, contact us right away and we'll tell you what's still possible.
- What finishes do you offer?
Finish options are confirmed on your layout quote. Tell us what you have in mind in your project notes.
- Why plywood?
Plywood holds screws better, is lighter for its strength, and survives a leak under the sink far better than particleboard.
- What is a one-piece face frame?
The front frame of each cabinet, cut from a single sheet on our CNC instead of glued up from separate pieces. No joints to crack over time. More on construction.
