How it works

Five steps from tape measure to delivery. You can see where your order is at any time from your project page.

  1. Measure your room

Create a free account and start a project. The measuring flow asks for your ceiling height, each wall at three heights, every window and door, and where your plumbing, outlets, gas and vents are. It checks the numbers as you go and flags anything that doesn't add up, like a window that runs past the end of its wall. You can add photos or a phone scan for context. Read the measuring guide first.

  2. We design your layout

We review your measurements and design the cabinets in our cabinet software. If something needs another look, we send the project back to you with a note saying exactly what to re-measure.

  3. Review, change, approve

You get a drawing with every cabinet and every dimension, plus a fixed quote. Ask for changes as many times as you need; each revision is a new version you can compare. When it's right, approve it by typing your name. That approval is your go-ahead to build exactly what's on the drawing.

  4. Deposit, then we build

A 50% deposit puts your order in the production queue. Parts are cut on our CNC, then edgebanded, assembled and finished. Your project page shows each stage as it happens.

  5. Balance, delivery, install

When your cabinets are packed, the balance is due. We deliver regionally on our own truck; longer distances are quoted on request. Installation is up to you or your contractor.
